Booking Process:
Send a message with the name of the trip you are interested in
An invoice for the deposit will be generated with the payment info enclosed, to secure your place
A receipt will be sent after payemnt is received for your records, you must have your own Travel Insurance in place, as refunds are not possible
Balance is due at least 1 month prior to the trips arrival date (see individual trip info)
Once balance payment is received another receipt will be sent out again

3 Different Speed groups each with a guide plus GPX route files
8 nights halfboard
Stunning 4 star hotel
Group Transfers Included: Arrival Lunch time, Departure transfer in the morning

Tour of Flanders Weekend:
Thursday: Brussels Airport Transfer, Friday: Casual Ride over Molenburg
Saturday: Sportive Day (Entry not included)
Sunday: Pro Race Day with a transfer to Oundenaarde to watch the Pro race
Monday: Transfer to Brussels Airport
4 night stay, B&B in Ghent
