Taking care of you from when you arrive at the airport - transfers, accommodation, guided cycle routes, half board when and where we can, plus mechanical assistance included.
Travel Insurance:
You must have the correct travel insurance in place prior to booking a holiday or one of our trips.
Bicycle insurance also is a recommendation.
Booking Conditions
Deposit:
The stated deposit for each trip is required to secure your place. Generally a 25% deposit required. Some other trip variations may apply. See each individual event information. This is a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit.
Balance:
The Balance is due 4 weeks prior to the trip commencing. Once the balance is paid we can not refund this, unless we find a replacement client who pays the full cost, to enable a refund, and take your place on the trip.
It is your responsibility to make sure you have suitable Travel and Bicycle insurance in place.
All flights are booked by yourself and it is not the responsibility of Services2cycling Ltd
You book on to Services2cycling Ltd events at your own risk.
