
History: How it started
From bicycle mechanic to trip/event leader
Been cycling since I was 8 yrs old. Join the local cycling club, Ribble Valley CRC when 12 yrs old. Road racing, Time Trialling, Track Racing.
Got the road racing Elite licence.
4 years bike mechanic at Ribble Cycles, pre carbon era!
Also worked with Paul Hewitt Cycles and Dolan Bikes
Cycle Tours along side the biggest professional bike races in the world
2009: Graham Baxter Training Camp in Mallorca: Support Vehicle driver, mechanic
2010: Etape Du Tour. Pau to Col du Tourmalet: Mechanic, meet and greet the finishers
2011: Training Camp, Spring Classics, Giro D' Italia, Tour de France, Grand Fondo's, Mechanic with United Health Care Pro cycle team on the Tour of Britain
2012 to 2019: Training Camp, Spring Classics, Giro D'Italia, Tour de France, Haute Route Events, Grand Fondo's, Ghent 6 days
2020: Training Camp, then Lockdown!
2021 to 2025: Training Camp, Haute Route events, Etape du Tour, Tour TransAlp, Mallorca end of season cycle week, plus working with GCN team on their Saalbach and Mallorca weekend events
Meeting riders and spectators from around the world, helping the riders achieve their goals, and making sure the spectators have a good time too.
